Regardless of whether and to what extent we are artistically inclined, when it comes to music, few people remain indifferent and do not have any preferences of their own. From the music that someone listens to, we can learn something about the person himself. There are numerous studies in psychology that deal with the influence of music on the human psyche. Listening to music is fun, it improves energy levels. It also helps us divert thoughts from something or speed up mental activity.

When more people listen to the same music at some point, it connects people. Their communication is much easier and the exchange of feelings is more natural. That is why there are a lot of audiophiles who dedicate their free time to listening to music. If you want to improve the standard sound quality to ultra high quality and achieve even greater enjoyment, you need to pay attention to a few important items.

1. Get good headphones

So, if you have a choice of headphones, you need to find the right model. Since not all models have the same specifications, research to find a quality device. Don’t make a decision based on the attractive words of a manufacturer who will write everything in order to sell you his product. For example, you will often see in the product description how the nature of the bass is indicated. The manufacturer will probably write how the headphones have penetrating bass. However, inquire a little about the individual specifications of the device.

You need to consider how certain specifications affect each other. Although it is very good, the music is very complex. This means that the tone is not only determined by the low frequencies, but it is important that the bass is smooth. They will cause trance and clear mid frequencies. If you want full sound, find a model that effectively eliminates unnecessary noise or find the ideal combination of devices. One such combination is the simultaneous use of headphones and Woojer Vest.

While quality headphones give you clear sound, precise tones, Woojer helps you focus completely on the fullness of the sound. Thanks to the great features, you will feel the melodies passing through your body. This way you will be able to establish the analysis of certain songs and sounds much better. It will be much easier for you to identify different musical elements and enjoy them more like they guy we saw in a following video:

2. Check equipment

Source: mashable.com

Some people prefer to use speakers, turntables and similar items to listen to music, while others are more interested in headphones. However, there is a large selection of headphones and each model has different specifications. Perhaps most people opt for buds that are very practical. In addition to being small in size and easy to store, they have proven to be great in smartphone conversations. So, they can be used for different purposes. If you opt for one of the latest models, you will equally enjoy the sound quality they produce.

All new models perfectly isolate external noise, which allows you clear sound. However, there are a few more tricks you can apply to further enhance your sound. To get started, make sure your device is clean. Periodic cleaning is recommended. You will do this by taking the earpiece out of the bug and then wiping it with a cotton swab and a dry brush. This will remove earwax, impurities and foreign particles. Be careful when cleaning, as you may damage the receiver. Avoid alcohol or soap. When cleaning, turn the speaker side down.

3. Upgrade the speakers

Source: paymaya.com

If you are a fan of speakers, you can opt for a cheaper variant such as a Bluetooth speaker or something more serious. However, you don’t have to buy the latest speaker model with a million new features. If your budget doesn’t allow it, you can always upgrade your existing speaker. It is also not a bad idea to buy a cheaper device and upgrade it. In that case, you can choose what you want to improve and thus create a unique version of the speakers. For good sound you will need a simple amplifier or receiver on the bookshelves. You can also use another setting. It won’t cost you much to make a big difference. Of course, there are other upgrades, but also techniques to improve the quality of your stereo system.

For example, you can upgrade the speaker wires. Many companies offer high speaker cables that cost hundreds of dollars per subway. Larger conductors have a positive effect on sound quality. That is why our recommendation is to install larger speaker wires. Since most stereo systems come with very small wires, simply extend them. This will be one of the best investments to improve performance. When buying a stand or making it yourself, try to make a high enough base. It is recommended to set the stand at head height. In that case, you will hear great music in any position. To eliminate secondary vibrations when listening to music, consider metal spikes that are placed on the bottom of the speakers.

4. Create good conditions for listening to music

Source: paymaya.com

The room where you listen to music can largely determine the sound that reaches you. Since the melody from the speaker first bounces off all the objects in the room and only then reaches you, the characteristics of the room are an important item. For example, too hard a surface is not a good choice because the sound will be rejected. However, the soft surface will absorb sound. Establish balance by adding a few softer or harder items depending on the nature of the room. You can add curtains, carpet, etc. You can also choose base traps and various absorbers that will allow you to hear only the sound.

Conclusion

If you really like listening to music, it is best to listen to as many different types of music as possible. New tunes you’ve never heard before having a good effect on your brain. Research proves that melodies activate the reward center in your brain, and such a condition stimulates the release of dopamine. So explore and upgrade your brain. However, don’t give too much weight to your first impressions of the song. Listen again, because that way you will better understand the melody. If you have adequate equipment, you will never get tired of good music.

There is not a person on this planet that does not face stress each and every day. No matter if you are worried about work or school, if your relatives annoy you or if you have bigger issues that are part of every day you have, we all seek ways to release the stress and to feel better.

You can achieve full relaxation and calm your mind by listening to the right type of music. The power of music can set us free and it can clear our thoughts. In this article, we are going to tell you more about how the right songs, beats, and tunes can make you feel better, and how you can incorporate them in your everyday life to focus just on the positive side of life.

1. Right after you wake up

Source: Business Insider

The first few moments after we wake up can make our day, or they can put is in a negative mood that will stick with us throughout the whole day. Try to have those first moments for yourself only, and do the things you want to do.

As soon as you get up, play the radio and start getting ready. The light music that’s played in the background will help you wake up faster, it will make you feel positive emotions and you will start the day on the right foot. You can even change the alarm with your favorite music station.

Have your phone or any other device you use to turn the radio on at the time you are supposed to be up, and you will wake up with nice, new songs every day instead of the boring and dreadful alarm sounds. You will instantly notice the difference in your mood, and you will feel better every single day.

2. When you clean your home

Source: www.maids.com

Cleaning is one of the things that can bring stress to anyone. This is especially true when you have to do it as soon as possible because you are expecting guests. When we have time to tidy everything up, it can be relaxing, but when we are rushing things, or when we have to declutter our home, that can make our blood pressure rise.

The next time you have to clean up your house, play some music. Choose something fun, something with a faster beat, and something that will make you want to get up and dance. When we sing and dance while we are finishing chores, we don’t see them as something that has to be done. It is going to be fun for you and you can even use different items as a microphone. It is going to be an interesting experience and you won’t even notice when the time has passed and everything looks spotless.

3. During exercises

Source: GoodFon

Exercising is fun, it is healthy, and it is something most people dread. Even though the pain makes us better, it is hard to persuade ourselves to get up from the comfort of our bed and to go run, lift weights or so anything else that will cause us pain.

If you want to feel more energized and if you want the time to pass faster, then you should listen to music while you work out. The right beats will lower your blood pressure, they will help you stabilize your heart rate and they will help you time your sessions with ease, and Chillout Radio plays the kind of music that can help you work on your goal with ease.

4. While you work or study

Source: ApplyBoard

When we have a serious task on our hands, it is hard to focus on it. Studies have shown that people are more likely to focus on the work they are doing when they have some type of music in the background. This powerful tool can be used when you are preparing for an exam and when you have to finish a big project at work.

The type of songs you play depends on your personal taste, just try not to play them too loud so they become distracting. Some people focus better when there is a faster and stronger beat in the background, and some like to hear the relaxing sounds that remove all the other background noise. Try several things out and see which one works best for you. You can also give acoustic beats a chance and see if that helps you focus better.

5. Before bed

Source: Moonbow by DubsLabs

After a long day, you need a way to relax and release all the stress you have accumulated throughout the day. Some days just feel too long, and they are like a roller coaster for our emotions. We face different problems and we need to find solutions for them. So, if you want to relax, you need to let go of all the negative emotions and just let your worries float away.

The best way to do that is to have a nice, warm bath while you listen to some relaxing tunes. They will block all the negative feelings and it will help you process things with ease. If you don’t have time to take a long bath, then you can just lie down, and play your favorite songs. You can also choose some relaxing, calming tunes, that are made of sounds of the rain, ocean, or just nature. You will fall asleep easier and you will have a better sleep cycle.

These are some of the ways you can use the power of music to relieve stress and to feel better. There are many ways you can do this – you can create your own playlists, you can use a radio station to keep you company when you are in the car, or you can just turn the TV on and find a channel that plays your favorite songs.

When you incorporate music into your day to day life, you will notice a difference in your mood, the stress levels, and your overall behavior. Let go of negative feelings and focus on the beauty of life.

If you are familiar with Bollywood, Kollywood and Tollywood then you probably know that none of their films would be what they are today if there weren’t any scores in them, right? The soundtracks in these films are what keeps you on the edge of the seat, it is what helps you keep track of the drama or the comedy. The roles become believable when backed by the right compositions.

But, since every actor or actress cannot have a voice that is good enough for singing, many of them lip-sync the lyrics while the music is made in post-production with playback singers.

However, there are sometimes exceptions with Tamil actresses that both act and sing at the same time. To show you just how talented these people are, we have made a list of these Tamil stars.

1. Vyjayanthimala

Vyjayanthimala is talented in many aspects of life. She has a beautiful voice, she can act, she can dance and she even creates her own choreography. Vyjayanthimala is truly one in a kind. During the highest moments of her career, she was considered to be one of the best stars on television and was even the highest-paid actress at the time.

Originally, Vyjayanthimala first started her career in Tamil language films such as Jeevitham and Vaazhkai during the 40s and the 50s, but after her fame spread throughout the country, she starred in many Bollywood movies too. Many people from younger generations consider her as a great inspiration.

Vyjayanthimala was born in 1936 and her first appearance on the big screen when she was just thirteen. After her first appearance, she built a career that lasted well over two decades. One of her famous roles has to be in the movie Devdas which was directed by Bimal Roy which is based on the novel by Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay.

Sadhna was another hit for Vyjayanthimala which was produced by B. R. Chopra. It follows the life of a prostitute named Rajini (played by Vyjayanthimala) that falls in love with a very intelligent professor.

If you want to hear her voice in songs, check out Honton Mein Aisi Baat Main, Mang Ke Sath Tumhara and Reshmi Salwar. If you are interested in any of these songs, you can listen to them at masstamilan.

2. Remya Nambeesan

Remya Nambeesan made her first appearance in the movie Sayahnam which was in the Malayalam language, but soon after she started appearing in Tamil films too. She has had a twenty-year-long career and has starred in more than 60 movies and has sung over 20 songs. She is considered to be a multi-talent by a lot of people in India.

When she got her role in the Malayalam film Sayahnam she was just 14 years old, but the talent she had was very obvious even at that age. As a child, she took on a lot of minor roles until she finally found a place in Aanachandam, a 2006 Malayalam film which was directed by Jayaraj. It follows the plot of Krishna Prasad (played by Jayaram) who has a huge love for elephants. As a child, he experienced a horrible event where elephants started ravaging across a festival, but once the elephant faced Krishna Prasad, it spared him. This is what inspired his remarkable love towards these animals. Remya Nambeesan plays a supporting role in Aanachandam and helps Krishna throughout his adventure with these animals.

After her breakthrough with Aanachandam, Remya started accepting roles for Tamil movies such as Oru Naal Oru Kanavu, Raman Thediya Seethai, Aattanayagann, Uthamaputhiran, and many others.

But, the truth is that Remya’s passion was focused on something else. In 2012, she started a career as a playback singer for Malayalam and Tamil films too. Our personal favorite Malayalam scores by Remya are Aande Londe, Vijana Surabhi, Maayumee, RAavin Cheruvil while our favorite Tamil score have to be Fy Fy Fy Kalaachify, Pogathe Pogathe, and Hit-u Song.

3. Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Jeremiah was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and is a great actress, musician, playback singer, and dancer. Her work mostly consists of Malayalam and Tamil motion pictures, but she can also be spotted in several Telugu ones too.

Unlike the other people on this list, Andrea first started her career as a composer and a lyricist and then started transitioning in the film industry.

When Andrea was just eight years old she showed great interest in piano and other key instruments. A few years she joined a junior group of singers which was called Young Stars. This group of talented children is what helped her build her career in music composing.

However, as she got older, she started showing interest in theatrical acting during her college years. She started appearing in stage plays, but she claims that she denied every single offer she got for motion pictures. She had a different plan in life at that time.

She was hired by Gautham Menon to compose a song for his movie Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. After Andrea finished her work for this project, Gautham asked her to be in his next big movie. She accepted the role and Pachaikili Muthucharam was her first breakthrough in this industry. This romantic thriller was a commercial success.

You can also see Andrea Jeremiah in Vada Chennai, Vishawaroopam II, The House Next Door, Aval and many other films. But, if you are interested in her singing talent, check out the scores Google, Nakula, Laila Laila, and Kando Kando.

4. Trisha Krishnan

Trisha is also a famous actress that was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She is well known for her work in Tamil language movies, but she has also spent some time in Telugu ones too.

Her career in the movie industry first started after she won the Miss Madras beauty contest. Her beauty caught the attention of many directors and producers and quickly got an offer for a role in the film Jodi. She accepted this supporting role which then brought her to a lead role in Mounam Pesiyadhe which was directed by Ameer Sultan.

This week I have been getting into some fierce debates with Bharat Bhise HNA magazine editor about the greatest rappers who have ever lived. We saw all of this get started last year when T.I. posted his list of 50 greatest rappers, and then, of course, every hip hop commentator and rapper had to go ahead and design their own list, all of which of course were different from one another. The general consensus here is that yes, we all have different opinions but in the main, we should expect the first 20 to be similar artists, albeit in different orders.

Bharat and I challenged ourselves to come up with our own top 50 and I must confess, it has been very difficult to compile. Nonetheless, we powered through and managed to complete the list. Fear not, I am not about to list the top 50 right here, I am simply going to put the top 5 up, in no particular order as truth be told they could all be number 1. For the record, we looked at all-round artists here based on skill, delivery, impact to the community, records sold and lyrical ability, check out the top 5 and see what you think.

1. Jay-Z

Rap’s first billionaire, a name known around the globe, some of the hottest albums ever written, came upon his own record label, yep, that’s Jigga and he is most certainly in the top 5 of this list. Jay-Z could have conceivably been outside of the top 5 had we written this post a decade ago but since then we have seen him reinvent himself time and time again to stay relevant and to stay on top of the game.

2. Eminem

It is absolutely impossible to compile a list like this without Em in the top 5 and anyone who leaves him out is doing so for biased reasons. Eminem has blazed his own trail in the game, nobody sounded like him before and nobody since Eminem brought rap to TV screens all over the world and it is no surprise that there is nobody else who has sold as many units as he has. What Eminem did to rap was extraordinary and we are likely to never see that again. On top of all of this, his lyrical prowess is unmatched and that is why so few wish to beef with him, as the Game said ‘Eminem slays’.

3. Tupac Shakur

Whilst many have Pac much further down the list, we are taking the impact which he had on the game, the lyrical ability which he had and the fact that he produced so much music in his short life as the reason to put him in the top 5. Tupac is arguably the most iconic rapper of all time, and you get to be that big and that famous if you didn’t touch hearts and lives. In an era when people were rapping about jewels, gangs and hustling, Pac was rapping about equality, education and police brutality, powerful subjects which the young man took on, and he changed the opinions of so many of his fans.

4. Nas

People will often say that Nas would’ve been greater had he kept up the levels that he bought to Illmatic but the truth is that he set the bar so high, nobody could compete. Nas literally produced the greatest rap album of all time as his debut, what was the expectation? What people fail to see however is that if Illmatic had never come out, nobody would be dumping on Nas for what he has achieved in his career. This is a man who will be revered forever and will likely be studied in the future in the same way that we do Shakespeare now.

5. Andre 3000

There were so many rappers who could’ve slotted into this top 5 from B.I.G to Black Thought, Rakim to KRS-One but the final mention goes to the amazing Andre 3000 from Outkast. His raps are so cerebral, so complex and so deep that it takes you 30 listens just to get all of the double entendres and the hidden meanings. This is not Andre’s only skill, he is also able to write some absolute smash hits which throughout his career have been loved the world over. Andre has style, class, lyrical ability and whether he is on a guest feature, an Outkast jam or his own song, he consistently delivers with unerring accuracy. This is why Eminem shouted him out as being one of the greatest to have ever done it.

Who would your top 5 be? Do you agree with the list that we have? If not feel free to hit us up in the comments section.

The Little Mermaid has reportedly cast most of its key roles. Our hero Ariel, and our villain Ursula, but one significant character is vacant, Ariel’s love interest, Prince Eric.

Harry Styles unfolds his pretext to vacate the role of the prince eric in The Little Mermaid remake.

The Style has announced that he is dedicating himself to Music rather than Acting, as music gives him the real immense pleasure. The Style considers Music and Acting as the opposite graft to perform.  In music, you put yourself into the music. In acting, you attempt to disappear into a character.

Admitted, The Style in an interview, “I want to put music out and focus on that for a while.”

“But everyone involved in it was amazing, so I think it’s going to be great. I’ll enjoy watching it, I’m sure.”

On his acting career,

“Why do I want to act? It’s so different to music for me,” Harry said

“They’re almost opposite for me.

“Music, you try and put so much of yourself into it; acting, you’re trying to totally disappear in whoever you’re being.”

Harry collaborates with the Former member of THE ONE DIRECTION to devote himself on music.

The Little Mermaid remake, the character of Prince eric, not decided.

Christian Navarro disclosed that he wants the role of price eric, gave audition for it, it depends on Disney on what strands it evaluates his performance.

Prediction, Shazam! Star Asher Angel also took a shot.

In amid of numerous facts on taking, or abandoning the role, it’s quite tidy to sort anything.

At this stage, The Little Mermaid doesn’t have any official release date so precisely how long the ProductIon has to labor everything down is unclear. The Little Mermaid hit the screen until the summer movie season of 2023. If so, there’s no rush to cast Prince Eric, as the movie likely won’t be going in front of cameras for more than a year.

The Little Mermaid is expected to follow Beauty and the BeastAladdin and The Lion King, in being an accurate remake of the animated classic including being a full musical. Lin-Manuel Miranda is working on the film’s music with Alan Menken.
