Rick and Morty is an anime, intergalactic and interdimensional adventures of nihilistic and alcoholic scientist Rick Sanchez and his grandson Morty.Because of Rick’s reckless and selfish attitude, sometimes these adventures get out of control in miserable ways. Which leaves Morty and his family with traumatizing scenarios.

This anime is an idiosyncratic writing and unthoughtful sci-fi scenarios that quickly get the massive following and become a cult favourite.Fans awaited after Rick and Morty season 2 since there was a long gap to get season 3.

In the last scene of season 2, the new character was introduced “Mr. Poopybutthole,”. Who breaks the 4rth wall to the series that it might not come anytime soon for a year and a half.

The season 2 ending episode “The Wedding Squanchers” finished on colossal suspense. Where Rick is on the move to Galactic Federation to save his family.

Adult Swim would later shock fans by suddenly airing Rick And Morty season 3 episode 1 on April 1, 2017.

In a meta twist, this also matched the “year and a half” Mr. Poopybutthole had previously warned fans would have to wait.

However, it seems like Rick and Morty season 3 huge delay actually worth the wait. With “Pickle Rick” and “Tales from the Citadel” being two of the best episodes of the entire series.

How Season 3 Episode 1 (Rickshank Rickdemption) Change the Whole Series

The first episode of season 3 starts with a scene where Rick talks about his off-screen prison break to reveal that it’s all an assumption in Rick’s brain injects by the Galactic Federation.

The episode goes at headlong speed, revisiting the Cronenberged-Earth. Where Rick and Morty abandoned the original version of their family in season 1.

Moreover, Rick takes revenge on the Council of Ricks after rescuing his grandchildren.

Once again Rick is with his family in what should be the best ending. But suddenly it all the things get down when Jerry neglects to take him back, ending to Beth divorce him.

In the last scene of the episode, kooky Rick told Morty, he let himself arrested on a plan to take vengeance with all who crossed him, including Jerry.

Rick explains to his afraid grandson Morty that he will be a hero in everyone’s eye after he makes earth free from the Galactic Federation.

It is really a nearly impossible tactic to convince Morty to be a part of his plan.

Rick, on the other hand, which is full of emotional crises, revealed how painful situation he is going through.

He essentially broke his family apart for his own needs. With the aftermath of Jerry and Beth’s divorce playing a significant role throughout season 3.

This first episode of Rick and Morty season 3 also revealed Rick’s terrible origin story and also showed Beth’s mom.

This episode reveals the dark side of Rick Sanchez. Which is more like a monster, uglier than the alien creatures he fights with.
